Navigating pregnancy and planning for life with your new baby is such an exciting time. I know that it can also feel overwhelming when you don’t know what to expect. There are so many decisions to make, things to learn, products/services to choose from, and, too often, judgement from those who choose to do things differently. I believe that every birthing person deserves to be fully supported, informed, and celebrated in their journey regardless of their background, identity, or choices.

A well-planned support team is essential in preparing yourself to have the most satisfying birth experience possible. Doulas are the perfect addition to your support team. I am proud to serve ALL families whether they have a hospital birth, a home birth, a vaginal birth, or a cesarean birth, and support parents in their choices to labor & birth wherever and however they feel most safe and empowered. My philosophy is to support you with no judgement, and from an evidence-based approach.

Having your baby should be a positive experience; physically, mentally, and emotionally. I provide comfort and guidance prenatally and throughout labor, support you as you follow your own instincts and power, and work to create a calm environment for you to meet your baby and begin bonding immediately.
