Coming in Fall 2026 --- A new offering from Evolution Doula Services ---

A Safe Gathering Space for girls to:

*Recognize & appreciate their own unique selves

*Practice self-love through reflection, journaling, sharing, & affirmations

*Learn about & appreciate the female body parts and their functions

*Learn about upcoming body changes & proper hygiene

*Ask questions in a safe & comfortable setting among peers

3rd/4th Grade

A beginner course teaching the basics of the female body, normalizing anatomy language, & recognizing the body as an amazing gift.

Each lesson begins with a greeting circle, verbal affirmation, community check-in, breathing exercise, and schedule for the day’s class.
Naming & identifying the location & unique function of the following parts of the anatomy:
-Breast (nipple, areola, milk duct)
-Vulva (pubic mound, clitoris, urethra, vaginal opening, anus, inner/outer labia)
-Reproductive Organs (vagina, uterus, Fallopian tubes, ovaries, eggs)
-Penis (urethra, testicles, scrotum)
-Defining safe vs. unsafe touch
-Understanding who can touch private areas
-Learning what to do if you experience an “unsafe touch”
-Developing awareness to body changes that are already happening and/or coming in the next few years
-Discussing body changes using proper terminology, normalizing the terms, and reinforcing the notion that these changes are normal & healthy
-Recognizing the timeline and possible duration for changes to occur
A pre-selected affirmation will be chosen that correlates with the day’s lesson. The affirmation will be stated once collectively and then again individually 3 times to seal it’s benefits
